The Washougal Police Officer's Association (WPOA) is a non-profit organization that represents Washougal Police Officers in workplace related issues. We support the community through charitable giving and the promotion of programs that enhance public safety. The WPOA is governed by a board of directors under the current leadership of President Kyle Day.

Some of the services we provide:

• Charitable giving to our local community
• Representation with grievances, arbitrations and unfair labor practices
• Assistance with workers' compensation claims, sick leave, on-duty injury matters and service and disability pensions
